For quick responses from our Staff team, you can create a ticket from within our Discord server.
- Create an account or log into Discord.

- Verify and link your Minecraft account with the server.
- Create a private ticket using the form in the general-support channel, or use community-help for public server inquiries.
In-game[edit]
For urgent assistance while in-game, you can use the /helpop [reason] command. Please note that this command alerts all of staff, is publicly visible, and is typically reserved for emergency use. For inquiries, please wait for online staff to become available, or use another method.

For confidential or important matters, you can email WoopMC's support address. This address is only monitored by the server founder and is checked on a daily basis. Remember to be as detailed as possible within your email.
